[stage 8] UI/UX for A/V Call in Desktop Frontend

Implement a proper widget integrated on the desktop frontend, implement controls to make/answer a call, (un)mute video and audio, do a notification when a call is received, and show an easy-to-understand error message when something is going wrong.
