When adding a new contact, ContactsPanel.updateContactBox is called twice within a short amount of time, resulting in two contact boxes to be displayed for the contact. A test is done to not add a new box when it already exists, but since the two calls are very close, the first call doesn't has the time to create the box when the second one does the test.
