A SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit) is a component which send active audio/video flux to all participants. It is designed to scale well even on small CPUs. Jitsi publishes it’s state of the art component under Apache-2.0 license, so it is a good candidate to use with Libervia. This integration is necessary to handle multi-party calls with many participants.
