#99 composing is shown event when chatstate is not available in MUC

composing is shown event when chatstate is not available in MUC

(to be confirmed) it seems that when we are on a room and somebody has not chatstate (e.g. with gajim), the composing state is shown anyway (while nothing should be visible).
